General privacy policy for listed games

This policy covers the games listed below and related support communications. Each game’s section explains its specific practices. It does not apply to unrelated Lussa or Visionarie products or services.

When you contact support

If you voluntarily email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate an issue, and manage related follow-up. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.

Support correspondence is processed through our email service provider and is accessible to authorized personnel who handle the request. We retain it only for as long as needed to resolve and follow up on the request, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence using the contact address below; information that must be retained by law may be excluded.

App Store, Google Play, and platform services

When you download a listed game through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google independently processes information needed to provide its store and platform services. Depending on your settings and platform, this may include store account information, downloads, diagnostics, and device backups. These activities are governed by the relevant provider's privacy policy and your settings, separately from the offline game's practices. Mentioning a store here does not mean every listed game is available on both stores.

Visiting this policy or the support website

Opening this web page is separate from playing the offline game. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. This policy page does not embed advertising, analytics scripts, or external fonts.

Your choices and requests

You can play the listed offline release without providing personal information to us. We cannot access, export, or delete local game saves remotely. Offline gameplay and data collection

The game works entirely offline. We do not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay activity, device identifiers, location information, or diagnostic data through this offline release. No account or sign-in is required.

Local game data

Game progress and settings, where saved, are stored locally on your device to provide the game experience. We do not receive or have remote access to these local saves. Your device settings determine whether app data is included in an operating-system backup.

Local data remains until it is reset or removed. Deleting the app may remove its local data; offloading an app may retain it. Device or cloud backups, if enabled, must be managed separately through your device or platform account settings.

Advertising, analytics, and sharing

This offline release does not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services that collect information through the game. We do not sell, share, or transfer gameplay personal data because this release does not collect it.

Children's privacy

The same offline, no-data-collection design applies to all players. We do not collect personal information from children through this release. A store age rating describes content suitability and is separate from privacy practices.
